Understanding the Inbox
Your Jetson inbox gives you a focused view of what needs attention. It shows open work items across bugs and features that have reached your review threshold. ## Inbox layout ### Greeting header At the top, you'll see a personalized greeting with your name and a refresh button to fetch the latest data. ### Top patterns If you have clustered patterns, the inbox shows your top bug pattern and top feature pattern with customer counts. Click these to jump to the full Patterns view. ### Action items table The main section shows work items that need review: | Column | What it shows | |--------|--------------| | Title | AI-generated summary of the issue | | Type | Bug or Feature badge | | Priority | High, Medium, or Low | | Customers | Number of customers who reported this | | Last activity | Days since the most recent message | Only items with 2+ customer reports appear here by default. This filters out noise from single reports. ### Table actions - **Search** - Find items by keyword - **Filter by type** - Show only bugs or features - **Filter by priority** - Focus on high-priority items - **Sort** - Order by customers, priority, or recency - **Mark resolved** - Complete an item - **Dismiss** - Remove from review queue ## Navigation The sidebar provides access to all sections: | Section | What it shows | |---------|--------------| | **Inbox** | Open work items needing review | | **Bug Reports** | All bugs with status workflow | | **Feature Requests** | All features with status workflow | | **Patterns** | Visual clustering of related issues | | **All Messages** | Raw conversation threads | | **Import** | Import historical conversations | ## Bug Reports and Feature Requests pages These pages show the full workflow for managing work items: ### Status tabs - **Open** - New items needing review (2+ reports) - **In Progress** - Items you're actively working on - **Resolved** - Completed items - **Deferred** - Postponed for later ### Inventory view Click **All** to see your complete inventory of items, including those below the review threshold. ### Drag and drop Drag items between status columns to update their status. You can also drag one item onto another to merge duplicates. ### Quick filters - **Bugs** / **Features** - Filter by type - **High Impact** - Show only high-priority items ## Patterns page Visual map of issue clusters showing how problems group together: ### Stats grid - Total patterns discovered - Total conversations analyzed - Bug pattern count - Feature pattern count ### Bubble visualization Interactive bubbles where: - Size = number of customer reports - Color = category (bugs vs features) - Click to see pattern details ### Top patterns list Ranked list of your most significant patterns with: - Category badge - Title and description - Customer count bar - Click to see related work items ## Adjusting sensitivity ### Review threshold The inbox only shows items with 2+ customer reports by default. To adjust: 1. Click the **Sensitivity Settings** button 2. Increase to see fewer items (higher threshold) 3. Decrease to see more items (lower threshold) ### Hints At the bottom of the inbox, you'll see helpful hints: - "Too many items?" - suggests increasing threshold - "Want to see more?" - suggests decreasing threshold ## Real-time updates When new conversations arrive via webhook, Jetson processes them automatically. New items appear in your inbox within minutes of reaching your review threshold.
