Jetson requests **read-only** access to: - **Mailboxes** - To list your support queues - **Conversations** - To analyze customer messages ## What Jetson cannot do - Modify or delete conversations - Send messages on your behalf - Change your HelpScout settings - Access billing information ## Why we need this access Jetson reads your conversations to identify bugs and feature requests. We never modify your HelpScout data.
