How can I change the emails sent to my customers? sends out a few different emails to your customers throughout their waiting list journey. All the text in these emails is super easy to change within the settings page, which you can get to by following the below steps:

  1. Open up
  2. In the top left corner of the application, you will see a button labeled 'App Settings':6e4421753c01b8024252d5c246ba701c.png
  3. Click the "Email Settings" tab
  4. Here, you can scroll through and see all the various emails that we send to your customers. Simply change an email as you wish, and then make sure you click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
  5. Once saved, these changes will go into effect immediately and your customers will start seeing your new emails!
