Reconnect HelpScout

If your HelpScout connection stops working: 1. Go to **Settings** > **Integrations** 2. Click **Disconnect HelpScout** 3. Click **Connect HelpScout** 4. Authorize Jetson in HelpScout 5. Select your mailboxes ## When to reconnect - New conversations aren't appearing - Import fails with connection errors - You see "Connection expired" messages ## Your data is preserved Reconnecting doesn't delete your existing work items or classifications.
