Using Multiple Mailboxes

Each HelpScout mailbox becomes a separate product in Jetson. ## How it works - Mailbox A → Product A in Jetson - Mailbox B → Product B in Jetson Each has its own: - Inbox with bugs and features - Patterns - Settings and thresholds - GitHub repository (optional) ## Switching between mailboxes Use the product selector in the sidebar to switch between mailboxes. ## Importing multiple mailboxes Import each mailbox separately. Go to the mailbox, click **Import**, and choose your date range.
