Custom Priority Definitions
Teach Jetson what High, Medium, and Low priority mean for your product. ## How to set 1. Go to **Settings** > **Products** 2. Select your product 3. Edit the priority definitions 4. Save changes ## Example definitions **High priority:** > Security vulnerabilities, data loss, payment failures, complete feature outages affecting all users **Medium priority:** > Features broken for some users, significant performance issues, blocking workflows **Low priority:** > Minor UI issues, cosmetic bugs, edge cases, nice-to-have improvements ## How it's used Jetson reads your definitions when classifying new conversations and assigns priority accordingly.
