How to Delete Your Account

To completely delete your Jetson account and all data: 1. Cancel your subscription first (Settings > Manage Billing) 2. Email [support@jet.sn](mailto:support@jet.sn) requesting account deletion 3. We'll confirm and delete within 5 business days ## What gets deleted - Your user account - All work items and classifications - All imported conversations - Team membership data ## This cannot be undone Account deletion is permanent. Make sure you don't need any data before requesting deletion.
