Why Don't I See Any Work Items?

If your inbox is empty after importing: ## Check the review threshold By default, only items with 2+ customer reports appear in the inbox. To see everything: 1. Go to **Bug Reports** or **Feature Requests** 2. Click **All** to view the full inventory ## Check classification Some conversations may be classified as "No Action": 1. Go to **All Messages** 2. Look for conversations classified as No Action 3. These don't create work items (billing questions, greetings, etc.) ## Import may still be processing Large imports take time. Check if the import is still running on the Import page. ## Need more data? Try importing a longer date range to capture more conversations.
