New Conversations Aren't Appearing

If new HelpScout conversations aren't showing up in Jetson: ## Check webhook status 1. Go to **Settings** 2. Look for webhook status indicator 3. If inactive, reconnect HelpScout ## Wait a few minutes New conversations are processed within 2-5 minutes of arriving in HelpScout. ## Check the threshold New items need 2+ customer reports to appear in the inbox. Check **Bug Reports** or **Feature Requests** > **All** to see everything. ## Check classification The conversation may have been classified as "No Action" (billing, greetings, spam). Check **All Messages** to verify. ## Still not working? [Reconnect HelpScout](./reconnect-helpscout.md) to refresh the connection.
