Customers are bypassing the waiting list via Facebook/Instagram ads

Wait.li installs our waiting list code on the product template page, meaning that any customer that is directed to the product page will encounter the waiting list mechanism.

In some cases though, Facebook / Instagram ads or "Shop" features on those platforms allow the customer to completely bypass the product page. This means they have a chance to bypass the product waiting list on your Shopify store, which is obviously not ideal!

In order to fix this issue, you simply need to remove the waiting list products from being displayed on your Facebook/Instagram pages/ads.
