If you've installed and don't think it is worth the money you paid, or if you were unable to use it for some reason, I will give you a 100% refund for your first month payment, no questions asked.

Otherwise, if you have had the app installed for more than 1 month, send me an email and let me know the situation. In general, I am more than happy to refund the last 1 - 3 months depending on your scenario. is a small business, just like yours. I (Patrick) run everything myself, with a little bit of help from a customer support team member on a part-time basis. Refunds are necessary at times, but as I'm sure you understand, I can't be expected to refund excessive amounts of payments over the course of multiple years.
